Huaira uses authentic instruments from South America, played the original way. With forty years of trajectory in the Perth scene, Huaira's live shows are characterised by a captivating repertoire of classic folk songs and rhythms from the central Andes highlands. Huaira has consistently presented Andean folk music in concerts, festivals and community events across Western Australia, including Fairbridge 2026, Fremantle International Arts Festival, WAHonk! Fest, City of Wanneroo’s Global Beats, and Mandurah Act-Belong-Commit Hot Shore Shuffle.
